REFUND POLICY”  We offer a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee on almost every product we sell. The exception to this policy is in the event that we have made a special size filter at the customer's request and/or the customer placed an order for a non-stock item. In the event we have fulfilled the special orders or nonstock items correctly, there will be no acceptance of returns. We will offer a 100% refund on any order made in error on the behalf of Spraybooth Filters and Supply, including replacement freight/shipping costs. If there are no errors in filling the order on the behalf of Spraybooth Filters and Supply but the customer wants to return items; a 20% restocking fee will be applied against the credit and the customer will be responsible for freight costs on the returned order. “Please be assured that your items will ship out within 1-5 days of purchase. When the item is a special size lead time varies. We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that may be used are: US Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS), FedEx or common carrier. Sorry but we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. If you’re trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, please note the following: Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing. Federal Express and UPS deliveries occur Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. If you require express or 2 day shipping, please call us at 888-663-7237 for charges.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING COSTS:
The freight cost on your order will be determined at the time of order placement. When you enter your shipping zip code all freight charges will be displayed and added to the cost of the order.

PLEASE NOTE: Out of state orders WILL NOT be charged sales tax. In state
orders will be charged 8.00% sales tax.
