The exception to this policy is in the event that we have made a special size filter at the customer's request and/or the customer placed an order for a non-stock item. In the event we have fulfilled the special orders or nonstock items correctly, there will be no acceptance of returns. We will offer a 100% refund on any order made in error on the behalf of Spraybooth Filters and Supply, including replacement freight/shipping costs. If there are no errors in filling the order on the behalf of Spraybooth Filters and Supply but the customer wants to return items; a 20% restocking fee will be applied against the credit and the customer will be responsible for freight costs on the returned order.
